Purpose of the position:
To assist the Executive Management Unit. The incumbent will provide direct support and administration to the Wesgro Board of Directors in the office of the Chief Executive Office.
The Incumbent will report to Chief of Staff

Purpose of the position:

Requirements:
- Post-matric qualification in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role.
- Experience in an executive environment is essential.
Key Competencies:
- A dynamic individual who possesses strong planning and organisational skills.
- Logistics and strong administration skills.
- Excellent Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential.
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
- Basic project management and facilitation skills.
- Should be a team player and deadline driven.
- The ideal candidate should be accountable, behave with integrity and display high ethical/ confidential standards.
Duties:
- Efficiently coordinate all board and sub-committee meetings.
- Attend all meetings of the board and its sub-committees
- Manage all meeting logistics, including timely preparation and distribution of agendas, notifications, and board packs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate minutes for all board and sub-committee meetings.
- Communicate all decisions, actions, directives, and important information following board and committee meetings to the appropriate individuals or stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all Board proceedings and its sub-committees
- Coordinate the submission of management reports to key stakeholders
- Maintain stakeholder relationships ensuring implementation of decisions and flow of information
- Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with promptly
