SALARY : R1 057 326 per annum (Level 13) (All-inclusive salary package). The remuneration package consists of a basic salary (70%) and the employer’s contribution to the Pension Fund. The remainder of the package may be structured according to your personal needs.

REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate 3-year B-degree/ Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) or higher qualification as recognised by SAQA; A minimum of 6 years relevant middle-management experience in a Child and Youth Care Facility environment; Completion of Certificate for entry into the SMS (Senior Management Service) upon appointment; A valid driving license.
