REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification) plus an accredited Secretarial/Office Administration Diploma/ Certificate; A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in rendering support services to management.
Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Relevant policies and procedures; Archives Act; Operating office equipment (including a computer); Budget administration; Communication (written and verbal) skills.
DUTIES : Provide a secretarial support to the senior manager; Render an administrative support service; Provide support to the senior manager regarding meetings; Support the senior manager with the administration of the budget; Analyse the relevant public service and departmental prescripts/ policies and other documents and ensure that the application thereof is understood properly.
