DUTIES : (key result areas/outputs): Expenditure management by processing BAS and LOGIS payments for goods, services, leases and rental contracts, management of creditor’s accounts and remittance of payments. Management of asset and liability accounts, processing of journals and debtor management. Management of petty cash and safekeeping of state money. Maintain effective internal control, including document control, compliance, accurate allocation of SCOA codes and ensuring that payments are processed within 30 days. Procurement of goods and services from transversal contracts and the EPS system according to the prescribed procurement processes. Relief function to manager, supervisor and colleagues when needed.
