Ensure that all equipment at Telephone Exchange including the electronic switchboard and all telephone equipment and telephone lines are in a good working condition. Respond and resolve all queries and complaints, including telephone faults and repairs. Assist in the Call Monitoring Office, Paging and ensure that on call rosters are send out on a daily basis.
