CHIEF DIRECTOR: MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER) REF NO: EADP 2019-27 
SALARY: R1 189 338 per annum (Level 14) (All-inclusive package to be structured in accordance with the rules for SMS). 
CENTRE: Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning, Western Cape Government 
 
REQUIREMENTS: Relevant B-degree or equivalent qualification in Finance and Accounting on NQF level 7 as recognised by SAQA; and a Minimum of 5 years' experience at senior management level with minimum 6 years' experience in the finance environment. Recommendation: Registered as a Chartered Accountant. REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate 4-year Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Environmental, Natural, Physical or Earth Sciences; A minimum of 6 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; A valid (Code B) driving licence. Recommendation: Working knowledge and experience in the development and roll out of financing and funding models as well as mainstreaming climate change response.
