Walter Sisulu University is a multi-campus, comprehensive university, with its seat  at its Nelson Mandela Drive campus in Mthatha. The university has four campuses in  Mthatha, Butterworth, Buffalo City and Queenstown, which are headed by Campus  Rectors.

FACULTY OF BUSINESS SCIENCES
DEPARTMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
 
 
SENIOR LECTURER: ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE

Minimum requirements: • PhD in Accounting related fields; or • CA (SA) or •  Master's degree in Accounting/Management Accounting/Financial Management  with a professional accounting qualification [ACCA, CIMA, CIA] • Minimum of five (5)  years teaching/lecturing or industry experience • Proven or demonstrated track  record of supervising postgraduate students.
 
 
 
 
LECTURER: ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE  (x2)

Minimum requirements: • Master's degree in Financial Information Systems/Information Technology or • Honours or 4-year Bachelor's degree in Financial Information Systems/Information Technology with an assessed professional accounting  qualification [ACCA, CIMA, CIA] • A CA(SA) will be an added advantage • Minimum  of three (3) years teaching/lecturing or industry experience.
 
 
 
 
LECTURER: ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE

SENIOR LECTURER: MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE

Minimum requirements:  • PhD degree in Business Management • Minimum of five  (5) years teaching/lecturing experience • Proven or demonstrated track record of  supervising postgraduate students at Masters and/or Doctoral level • Proven track  record in teaching and learning, research (including publications in accredited  journals) and community engagement • High academic and professional standing in  the field of expertise and high academic credibility amongst peers.
 
 
 
 
LECTURER: MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE

FACULTY OF SCIENCE, ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY
DEPARTMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
 
 
LAB TECHNICIAN

Minimum requirements: • National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering •  Registration with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) will be an added  advantage • Minimum of three (3) years industrial experience in maintenance,  design, production and quality.
