EASTERN CAPE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY  (ECRDA)
 
HR SPECIALIST: ORGANISATIONAL  AND PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE
PROGRAMME: HUMAN RESOURCES
DURATION: 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
 
 
NATURE OF THE POSITION: To guide and ensure aligned organisational development  processes and practices with a view of implementing sound organisational structures  and performance enhancement initiatives.
 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:• Matric • Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology or Relevant qualification.
 
EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in an Organizational Development  environment • Knowledge of HR legislation • Computer Literate • Experience in  designing and implementing organizational structures • Experience in developing and implementing performance management
 
COMPETENCIES: • Organisational efficiency skills • Sound Communication skills-verbal and written • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Report writing skills • Problem  solving and analytical skills • Facilitation and presentation skills • Project Management


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: • Design, develop and maintain agency organizational  structures • Implement and maintain performance management • Ensure Support  Programmes are in place for organizational development • Monitor and Evaluate  organizational development and performance enhancement initiatives across the  Agency • Reporting on organizational development and performance management  programmes.
