​CAMPUS MANAGER (PL5): PERMANENT 

REFERENCE NO : VTVET 01/2025 
SALARY NOTCH : R638 328 per annum. 
CENTRE : Vhembe TVET College 
 
REQUIREMENTS : A Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 6), backed by a professional qualification in Education, A minimum of Seven (7) years’ teaching experience of which two years’ as (Senior Education Specialist PL3) at TVET sector, SACE Registration. A valid driver’s license. 
 
KNOWLEDGE : Knowledge and understanding of organizational cultural and human behaviour, Strategic leadership management, Budgeting and monitoring of expenditure patterns, Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, Knowledge of Treasury Regulation and PFMA, Management of resources and the college landscape, Knowledge of policy development, interpretation and implementation, Knowledge and understanding of Human Resource, Student Support Services, Finance, Assets, and Management environment. 
 
SKILLS : Leadership and strategic thinking, Project management skills, planning and organizing, financial management, Report writing, Communication and interpersonal, Problem solving, Computer literacy, Analytical, Client oriented, Project management, Team leadership, Planning and organizing. 
 
DUTIES : Manage curriculum implementation and academic support, Manage the provision of examination services, manage student registration and student financial aid and bursaries, manage student registration and student support service, manage provision of general administration support service in relation to corporate and financial services in the campus. Manage the provision of Agricultural services, manage human resource, financial and physical resources and any other related duties. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
EDUCATION SPECIALIST – ENGINEERING STUDIES 
(PL2) PERMANENT 
REFERENCE NO : VTVET 02/2026 
SALARY NOTCH : R435 240 per annum. 
CENTRE : Vhembe TVET College 
 
REQUREMENTS : Grade12 Certificate and recognised 3-yers Diploma / bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification, including a professional qualification education coupled with a minimum of 3-years actual appropriate experience. Ability to analyse, interpret policies and develop guidelines to support students on the campus. A sound knowledge of Continuing Education and Training Act 16 of 2006 (As Amended). Knowledge of national examination and assessment policies. Good communication and writing skills. Computer literacy skill with specific reference to MS Word Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Strategic, project, financial and time management skills. A driver’s licence and registration with SACE. 
 
DUTIES : Ensure implementation of the campus curriculum in the specific section. Coordinate teaching and learning in the section. Manage all the academic activities within the section including the management of the timetable, attendance, monitoring and evaluation. Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources within the section. Provide professional support to lecturing staff and students. Keep the management abreast of all aspect’s of administration and academic services in the section. Prepare and manage plans and report on all activities in the section. Manage and supervise assessment and examination process in the section including timeous making and moderation of question papers, preparation of all ICASS and ISAT ACTIVITIES, Ensure adherence to policy on the attendance of classes and all other applicable policies. 
 
 
 
 
 
ADMINISTRATION CLERK (SL5) X 2 36 MONTHS CONTRACT. 
REFERENCE NO : VTVET03/2026 
SALARY NOTCH : R228 321 per annum 
CENTRE : Vhembe TVET College 
 
REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 certificate or Level 4 certificate, An appropriate three-year Diploma/ Degree. Knowledge of skills development and Implementation. Knowledge of skill development, at least one years’ experience in administrative environment on the delivery of skills programs and internship administration. Knowledge of Computer system (preferably in MS Office). Project Management skill will be an added advantage. 
 
DUTIES : Facilitate Administrative management of SETA project. Conduct skills development administration at the college. Monitor all students in their workplace. Facilitate the certification process for competent learners in accordance with relevant legislation and QCTO requirements. Administration and uploading leaners into SETA’s system (LMS).
