JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key performance areas include but are not limited to:
Completing a Doctoral qualification with specialisation in Entrepreneurship;
Contributing towards effective teaching and learning in the field of Entrepreneurship and related subjects as delegated by the Head of Department;
Contributing to online course design, maintaining quality study guides, subject files, developing and maintaining teaching portfolios of evidence that adhere to high-quality standards;
Assessment and moderation of formative and/or summative assessments;
Development of curriculum and instructional materials according to the university’s and SAQA guidelines;
Participating in national and/or international conferences and publish findings of completed research projects in accredited journals;
Fulfilling student and academic administration and reporting duties in line with assigned responsibilities;
Displaying sound interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player.
APPLICATION CRITERIA:
Qualification/Experience:
A relevant Masters’ degree with specialisation in Entrepreneurship with a minimum pass mark of 70% (Compulsory);
Willingness to register for a doctoral qualification with specialisation in Entrepreneurship field and be able to complete it within six years;
Membership and certification with relevant professional bodies would be an added advantage;
Evidence of research publications with the DHET accredited journals is an added advantage;
To be eligible for selection for a nGAP post, applicants must meet the following criteria, in addition to meeting criteria specified by the university:
Demonstrate interest in becoming an academic
Be a South African citizen;
Be 40 years and younger;
Show evidence of eligibility to undertake a doctoral study;
Be willing to commit to placement at the appointing university for the full duration of the nGAP.
Skills:
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, excellent teaching/facilitation and presentation skills, excellent planning and organising skills, good interpersonal and time-management skills, problem-solving skills, computer literacy, initiative, and the motivation to work without extensive supervision.

Preventive & Promotion of Health within Campus
Treatment of Ailments and Chronic conditions
Attend to Emergency Medical Services
ARV & Wellness programme
Attend to referred patients
HIV/AIDS Counselling and Testing
Implement NiMART
Dealing with disease outbreak
Qualifications and Experience:
At least a M+3 Qualification in Nursing OR related Nursing Qualification
Registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse is a prerequisite
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a professional nurse
Experience in Higher Education environment as a nurse would be an added advantage
Dispensing Licence
Skills:
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
Excellent teaching/facilitation skills
Excellent planning and organising skills
Good inter-personal and time-management skills
Computer literacy
First Aid & Emergency Medical Service
Ability to deal with G. B. V. & Mental Health Issues
