ASSISTANT FINANCIAL AID OFFICER
REFERENCE NUMBER: 2026/05/MA25
GRADE 11
The primary purpose of this position is to assist students with Financial Aid queries and to provide an efficient administrative service to customers in respect of student funding. The role is also responsible for general administrative duties within the Financial Aid office.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma in Accounting or relevant field.
· Two (2) years’ relevant experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Basic financial and accounting principles
Basic/working knowledge of an ERP system (ITS system - Bursaries and Loans module, not for recruitment purposes)
