ACCOUNTANT PAYROLL 
The accountant Payroll will prepare and process the payroll of the organization. 
 
Requirements:
NQF Level 6 in Accounting or related qualification.
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in related financial and accounting environment with particular focus on payroll administration. 
• Sound knowledge of employees’ tax, employee benefits (pension and provident fund, medical aid) and all other statutory requirements a prerequisite. 
• Computer literacy: MS Office. 
• In depth knowledge of a payroll system is a prerequisite.

1) Ongoing maintenance of payroll system and records. 
2) Performing required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Animation, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Production, preferably in a Digital Content Creation or

• Streamlining animation workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. 
• Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and other departments involved in animation projects. 
• Maintaining detailed documentation of animation projects, including project plans, progress reports, and post-mortem analyses. 
• Supporting the professional growth of team members by identifying training opportunities, mentoring junior animators, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the animation team.

• Plan the audit in terms of defining the objectives of the audit, the scope of the audit, benchmarks to be utilised, assessing the risks from source documentation and audit plan. 
• Determine appropriate procedures and examination technique to be applied. 
• Test the control systems in accordance with policies, procedures and legal requirements. 
• Evaluation of audit related documentation to ascertain effectiveness and efficiency of operations in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities. 
• Identify areas of weaknesses in internal controls and opportunities for fraud. 
• Provide appropriate recommendation to rectify the findings 
 
Qualifications
B Degree/Diploma in Digital Forensic Investigation/Computer Forensic/Internal Audit/Law/Criminology or related fields. 
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years-experience in conducting forensic audits at an audit firm. 
• Proficiency in audit software (e.g. Highbond) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Experience in using data analytical tool, e.g. ACL.

The IP Business Development Officer is a dynamic and strategic role responsible for driving the commercialization of intellectual property generated within the University of Limpopo.
