RUGBY HEAD COACH POSITION

The Directorate of Extracurricular Development has a Part-time position for Rugby coach based at eMalahleni Campus.
Critical Performance Areas
• To coach TUT eMalahleni Rugby Team in Mpumalanga Rugby Union League and other related competitions
• Planning, organizing and executing practice sessions according to the needs and demands of the team
• Plan and organize trials for talent identification and recruitment of new players
• Monitoring players and resolve team issues
• Provide reports on development of players and matches etc:
Minimum Requirements
• Boksmart accreditation
• Coaching experience at Club level, District or Provincial Level
• Coaching in USSA/Varsity Football/Competitions will be added advantage
• Computer literacy
• Safe guarding certification/First Aid qualification 1 or 2
• Code 8 or 10 Drivers Licence
• Rugby World ½ (or in the process of completing level 2)
• No Criminal Record

• Planning, organizing and executing practice sessions according to the needs and demands of the team
• Plan and organize trials for talent identification and recruitment of new players
• Monitoring players and resolve team issues
• Provide reports on development of players and matches etc:
Minimum Requirements
• CAF C Licence, CAF B Licence will added advantage
• Coaching experience at Club level, District or Provincial Level
• Coaching in USSA./Varsity Football/Competitions will be added advantage
• Computer literacy
• Safe guarding certification/First Aid qualification 1 or 2
• Code 8 or 10 Drivers Licence
• No Criminal Record

• Level 1 Coaching Certificate
• Coaching experience at Club level, District or Provincial Level
