POST: PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS
• National Diploma (Human Resources Management / Business Management) or equivalent NQF level 6 
• Added Advantage NQF level 7 
• Code B driving license 
• Computer Literacy 
• Must have 5 years managerial experience field at Senior Management level preferable within local government. 
 
Job Purpose: Provide a professional consulting/ Advisory service with respect to the implementation of an effective Performance Management System capable of objectively and accurately establishing and measuring accomplishing and outcomes against key performance are and indicators enabling the Municipality to align or adjust forward plans and execute agreed action plans that adequately addresses immediate, shorter and longer term service delivery priorities.

Key Performance Areas: 
• Provides guidelines and information on Performance Management Systems, 
• Applies methods and standard to determine specific requirements and dimensions of Performance Management, 
• Co-ordinate specific procedures associated with the implementation and execution of Performance Management, 
• Provides information and/ or report on the status and outcomes internally/ externally, 
• Collates and prepare qualitative and quantitative information for inclusion into specific statistical reports, 
• Attend to the administrative recording, reporting and recordkeeping requirements/ procedures,
