REQUIREMENTS
• National Diploma (Public Administration/ Management) or equivalent NQF level 6 
• Added Advantage NQF level 7 
• Code B driving license 
• Computer Literacy 
• Must have 5 years managerial experience field at Senior Management level preferable within local government. 
 
Job Purpose: Manage the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting sequences of outcomes associated with programmes designed to accomplish key service delivery objectives with respect to IDP/ PMS/ SDBIP through the co-ordination of operations against departmental, statutory and audit guidelines in order to ensure that the strategic services are managed and maintained in accordance with laid down quality standards. 

 
Key Performance Areas: 
• Identifies, defines and implements the immediate, short- and long-term strategic objective and plans associated with Strategic Services, 
• Manage, control and drive the development, revision and implementation of the Integrated Development, 
• Manage, control and drive the development processes, planning and implementation of the institutional performance management systems, including Services Delivery Budget reporting, 
• Manage the production of the municipal Annual Report in compliance with THE MFMP, 
• Managing and drive the processes relating to monitoring applications, procedures and processes associated with compliance and enterprise risk management, 
• Manage and drive the processes relating to compliance, 
• Prepare capital and operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations for the department, 
• Manage and co-ordinates task / activities associated with the implementation of procedures and, monitoring and reporting on sequences/ outcomes, 
• Direct and control outcomes associated with utilisation, productivity and performance of personnel within the Administration department,
