Business Unit: Finance
Job Title: Office Administrator
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
Brief Outline of Duties:
To provide administrative support to the Finance unit as well as secretarial support to the Chief Financial Officer.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (Among others)
1. Schedule & Coordinate meetings for the Chief Financial Officer.
2. General Administration and Finance.
3. Collate the department’s performance information for reporting.
4. Coordinate Travel and Hotel Arrangements.
5. Switchboard/Reception Relief and Call Handling
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational and / or Technical Competencies:
National Diploma in Office Administration
Knowledge:
• Business language proficiency
• General Office practices
Experience:
3 years secretarial or administrative experience.
Must have driver’s license
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
• Good Organisational and Planning Skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Literate at an intermediate level
• Good Office etiquette
• Excellent typing skills
• Minute taking
• High quality presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
