Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Reporting to: General Manager: Human Resources
Brief Outline of Duties:
To coordinate and maintain all processes in relation to training & development, performance management and Coordination and implementation of employee relations processes.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (Among others)
1. Coordinate and ensure implementation of training & development and performance management, Industrial relations, policies and procedures.
2. Coordination of training and development initiatives
3. Coordination of performance management processes.
4. Coordination of industrial relations processes.
5. Human resources reporting and maintain proper reward keeping of HR documents.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational and / or Technical Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology;
or National Diploma in Human resource management/development
Knowledge:
• Skills Development Act
• Employment equity Act
• Skills Levies act
• Labour Relations Act
• Basic conditions of service
• Constitution of the RSA
Experience:
2 – 3 years HRM experience
Experience in VIP & ESS packages is advantageous
Being an accredited Skills Development Facilitator is advantageous
