Job Title: Executive Manager: Corporate services
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Duration: Five Year Fixed Term Contract
Brief Outline of Duties:
To ensure that the strategic formulation and implementation of the corporate services policy is consistently applied across the organization to achieve the strategic business objectives of TIKZN.

1. Marketing and Corporate Communications
2. Public Relations
3. Electronic Media
4. Promotion of the TIKZN brand
5. Corporate Marketing Strategy
6. Stakeholder engagement (Internal and External)
7. Ethics Management
8. People Management
9. Human Resource and Development
JOB SPECIFICATION
Educational and / or Technical Competencies:
Relevant Postgraduate (Honours degree) Qualifications in Industrial Relations, Labour Relations, Marketing & Communications;
Relevant Master’s degree would be advantageous;
Valid Driver’s License.
Experience:
• 10 years of relevant senior management experience in related field.
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES
• Excellent understanding of all Acts relating to Labour legislation.
• Thorough understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
• Sound knowledge of Marketing and Communications principles.
• Sound knowledge of Human Resources Management principles.

• Experience in developing corporate services strategies and plans.
• Ability to analyse, conceptualise and implement policy.
• Financial acumen, awareness, and knowledge.
