Salary: T3 – Between R118 800.00 p.a. and R140 256.00 p.a.
The most eligible candidate must have basic literacy with 0 – 1 year experience. Good human relations. Appointment also requires a hard working person who can work well within a team. Good physical health is essential.
Responsibilities: Undertakes specific activities associated with the collection of refuse from domestic and business premises, by walking, picking up and loading refuse bags into refuse vehicles, cleaning spilled waste, cleaning sidewalks, and refuse bins, and other duties as requested from time to time.

SENIOR FOREMAN: WATER AND SEWERAGE NETWORKS – GREYTON / GENADENDAL
Salary: Post level T10 – Between: R270 996.00 p.a. and R351 732.00 p.a.
Requirements: The most eligible candidate must be in possession of a Grade 10 certificate or Equivalent technical qualification (Valid proof must be attached). 3 – 5 years relevant experience. Experience in the maintenance of water and sewerage networks will serve as a recommendation. (experience must be clearly stated in the application form). Must have supervisory skills. A valid driver’s license (copy must be attached). Effective communication skills in at least two (2) of the three (3) official languages in the Western Cape, namely English, Afrikaans and Xhosa. Must be willing to work overtime and do standby duty from time to time.

SENIOR ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL) - CALEDON
Salary: Post level T12 – Between: R377 652.00 p.a. and R490 200.00 p.a. plus an Essential Travel Allowance of R8639.62 per month subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Council’s Essential Travel Allowance Policy.
The most eligible candidate must be a qualified Electrician (Trade Certificate) with a National Diploma in Electrical engineering (proof must be attached). ECSA registration or eligible for registration as Electrical Engineering technician (proof must be attached), 5 years relevant experience [Experience must be clearly stated in the application form] A valid code C1 driver’s license with a valid PRDP (proof must be attached).
