EXECUTIVE MANAGER: CORPORATE SERVICES

Remuneration: A competitive salary package is offered
 
Requirements: ● A post graduate degree in Human resources / Public Management or equivalent Management qualification ● 5 years' experience in Senior Management in at least two of the following fields: Office Management, Human Resource Management, Information technology, Knowledge Management, Communication and Legal Services.
 
Key Performance Areas: Plan and develop long and short term strategic objectives for all operations within the Corporate Services Division ● Develop, implement and monitor policies for IT, Human Resource, Institutional Support, Communications, Legal and Knowledge Management ● Manage and control programmes and matters related to the IT, HCM, Institutional support, Knowledge management and Communication through efficient and application of best practices● Provide strategic advice and guidance on all services offered by Corporate Services ● Manage budget, Risk and Auditing processes for the Division.
