Requirements: B-Degree In Human Resources Management / Communications / Public Relations / LLB or equivalent relevant qualification (NQF 7). 8 years' relevant experience of which 5 years must be at supervisory/managerial capacity. Local government experience is essential. Report writing and effective communication skills. Computer literacy (MS Office). An in-depth understanding of local government procedures/policies/systems and tools. Valid ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with all stakeholders. Code B Driver's Licence.

Requirements: Grade 12 plus National Diploma in Public Finance / Sales and Marketing / Business Management or relevant equivalent qualification (NQF 6). 5 years' relevant experience in Business Consultancy of which 2 years must be in a supervisory or managerial position. Experience as a sales representative to corporate clients. Experience in waste management and experience in local government will serve as an advantage. Computer literacy. Valid code B driver's licence. Knowledge of the MFMA, Municipal System Acts (MSA). Demonstrate track record in customer service, new product development, innovation, business improvement and commercialisation.
