REQUIREMENTS: LLB degree (or recognized legal Degree as determined by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development). 8 years appropriate post qualification legal experience of which 5 years must be in drafting and administration and management of contracts. A valid driver's license. Admission as an Attorney or Advocate of the High Court of South Africa will be an added.
COMPETENCIES: Practical and extensive experience in the negotiation, drafting, review vetting and termination of contracts, Memoranda of understanding other legal documents. Knowledge of all Legislation applicable to Public Service, inter alia, the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, Promotion of Access to Information Act, Public Finance Management Act and of the relevant legislation applicable to the departmental.
SKILLS: The successful candidate must have conceptual and analytical thinking, Numeracy and Legal drafting Skills, Written and Verbal communication Skills, Policy Presentation, Problem solving and Strong Analytical Skill, Research Methodology and Diplomacy Skills, Time Management Skills, Honesty and Integrity. Computer Literacy in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

REQUIREMENTS: National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) in Social Science or Industrial Psychology/Psychology or Occupational Nursing Science as recognised by SAQA. A minimum of 5 years experience in the Employee, Health and Wellness Environment of which 3 years is at a junior managerial level. Must be registered as a Professional Social Worker or Industrial Psychologist or Occupational Health Nurse. A valid driver's Licence.
