Responsibilities: Assist with completion of the contract register for the municipality with all SCM contracts • Verification of tender decisions and rates and submission to supervisor • Update of the identified contracts on the contract register • Assist with relevant information to be included in the Annual Financial Statements including capital commitments. • Maintain adequate records (paper and/or electronic) in sufficient detail on an appropriate contract file to provide an audit trail • Distribution of orders to relevant officials • Process orders within the timeframes set and regulated by the Standard Operating Procedure.

Responsibilities/Duties: Mow lawn according to the schedule ● Cut bushes and shrubs using the brush cutter ● Water plants and trees according to schedule ● Pick up papers ● Rake leaves ● Gather garden rubble and prepare to load on the truck ● Load truck with rubble and unload at relevant site ● Weed the gardens ● Spray herbicides and pesticides to manage bugs and weeds ● Assist with decorations for functions ● Operate the chainsaw to remove branches ● Clean and maintain machinery ● Report all defects ● Wear relevant PPE.

Duties/Responsibilities: Obtain / extract data from specific sources as per requests, from e.g. spreadsheets and databases as appropriate; • Check data as it is entered for obvious errors; • Formalise and enhancing templates; and • Managing the central repository and documents. Demonstrates knowledge of capture methods for primary spatial data; • Develops a basic understanding of Geographic Information System (GIS) data structures for data acquisition; • Understands the elements that contribute to data quality and metadata; • Able to capture geo- information from secondary data sources; • Demonstrates knowledge of sources for spatial data; • Demonstrates basic understanding of GPS data; and• Capture data with GPS for GIS. Demonstrates an understanding of computer database management systems; • Develops simple SQL queries; • Aware of the principles of spatial data in databases; and • Creates simple databases e.g. file geodatabases etc. • Understands various spatial data formats and attribute data types; • Complete an original, basic GIS project under supervision; and • Applies basic GIS software functions • Performs basic spatial and hybrid queries under supervision; • Understands basic concepts and theory of networks; • Demonstrates a basic understanding of spatial modelling in GISc; and • Understands concepts of cartographic modelling.
