INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET MANAGEMENT AND SYSTEMS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES

The successful incumbent will report to the Manager: Infrastructure asset Management and Systems and has to be in possession of:
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 •Artisan Trade Test •2 years’ relevant experience• Code B driver’s license •Computer literate
Other requirements: Customer Focus •Communications skill •Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodology •Conflict handling •Working knowledge of Infrastructure Projects Implementation and a deep knowledge of relevant construction specifications and standards •Working knowledge of engineering norms and standards• Knowledge of Project and Construction Project Management Profession Act •Built Environment Act •New Construction Regulation 2014• Occupational Health and Safety Act •Construction Industry Development Board Act
Responsibilities/ Duties: Ensure that the work carried out is to the project conditions, specifications and that the specified quality of work is maintained •Confirm contract/project specifications, standards and conditions pre-construction• Conduct site inspections and provide project reports •Ensure the project is implemented in accordance with ALL applicable legislative frameworks currently in force within the infrastructure environment

Salary: R 222 843.40- R 289 245.84 (subject to evaluation) Plus benefits
