Purpose of the job 
To lead the design, implementation, debugging, documentation, release and maintenance of software-based solutions, write code and enhance software/systems in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government. 
 
Key Responsibility Area 
Lead the design and development of new features for the software systems, and improvement of the existing ones. Implementation, debugging, documentation and release of the software solutions. Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 6 - 7 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC), including solution development, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation. The experience must include Experience in solution analysis, and development for the development, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of systems within the corporate/public sector, including: Successfully developed and implemented applications Software development team leadership competency Software development deliverable effort planning, estimations and execution management Developed efficient and effective IT solutions to diverse and complex business problems. Extensive experience with a wide variety of database management systems and maintenance. Extensive experience with a wide variety of programming languages and technologies. Technical Competencies Description

Purpose of the job 
To execute the technology transition and migration strategy onto the various cloud variants within the cloud ecosystem by engaging with technical teams, technical managers, clients, account managers and professional service consultants. The role is responsible for the transition of all cloud computing initiatives within the organisation. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
• Execute cloud strategy, define cloud processes, coordinate adoption, ensure that they are followed, and are creating appropriate value. 
• Assist with the development and coordination of cloud architecture across a variety of different functional areas within the organization. 
• Provide the project teams with technical leadership on cloud transition projects / solutions implementation. 
• Collaborate and partner with internal business representatives, Application Portfolio & Application Development, Engineering, Operations and Support, IT Security, Digital partners, IT Planning, and the Project Management Office to ensure new cloud services align to road maps and associated strategies. 
• Assist with the cultural change for cloud adoption. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Required Qualification: National Diploma in IT /Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/ Engineering OR relevant equivalent to NQF Level 6 OR relevant Professional certification such as ITIL/TOGAF, AWS CCNE, Cloud certification, Cloud Platform and Infrastructure etc. Certifications: ITIL/TOGAF AWS CCNE Cloud certification Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. 
Experience: 6-7 years of experience in Information Technology which should include: 
Experience in Software design and/or development of Systems Operations / Management; Database architecture and/or Virtualization; IP Networking; Storage; IT Security; Experience with transitioning of workload into a cloud environment Experience with architecting cloud in a highly regulated environment. Experience with deploying applications into cloud environments. Experience with working with operational teams to ensure a supportable architecture. Experienced in micro services and multi-tiered distributed applications which span multi-cloud or hybrid Environments.

Deep understanding of cloud delivery models, Proficient in at least one computer scripting language, if not multiple Computer programming and be knowledgeable about computer networks in general Knowledge of best practices for IT operations Knowledge of the Private Cloud and Hybrid cloud configurations, patterns and practices Automation and orchestration Ability to create, maintain and organize documentation to support architectural standards and principles. Strong project management skills, with a high aptitude in managing multiple projects. Good Knowledge of infrastructure, key processes, and technology-oriented risk issues.

Purpose of the job 
To maintain and gradually improve business aligned IT service quality, through a constant cycle of managing, agreeing, monitoring, reporting and reviewing EUC security services and related IT service achievements and through instigating actions to eradicate unacceptable levels of service. The EUC Security Services process will primarily cover activities outside the organization at a client level to ensure client service level are maintained for EUC Security Services. Although it is recognized that many services may be impacted by problems outside the organization, the role of EUC Security Services will be to make a best effort to manage and coordinate activities where authorized. EUC Security Services will manage provision and maintenance of the EUC Security Services infrastructure, support and associated services in the client’s enterprise or LAN environment and ensure optimal performance of security systems. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
Manage and ensure consistent implementation of the Security Service management operational plan, standards, policies and processes across SITA; Provision and Maintaining for Security management Services; Manage Security Services and Support Service Delivery; and Management of human resources within the allocated ICT environment. 
 
Qualifications and Experience

• Facilitate the implementation of EUC Service Management Operational plan, processes, policies and standards.

Qualifications and Experience
