STATE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AGENCY (SITA) – SENIOR: ANALYST PROGRAMMER

 Manage and execute the development, customization and maintenance of integrated Technical Service Specifications for single or multiple software components to clearly set direction for procuring or building software components;
 Manage and or conduct activities to develop Application Service Specifications in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government;
 Participate in procurement of integrated IT solutions in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government, and within the SITA Supply Chain Management governance framework;
 Participate in execution of comprehensive software test activities in accordance with SITA Test Methods and Testing Techniques using SITA approved Testing Tools;
 Manage and execute packaging and releasing of integrated IT software components in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government;
 Ensure that resources (including self) are kept abreast of the latest industry developments and ensure that appropriate technologies are used for knowledge management so as to ensure innovation and improved productivity;
 
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3 year Diploma / Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) and/or related.
 
Experience: A minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in the ICT field, including IT Governance, IT planning, systems development / procurement, implementation and maintenance / enhancements of large integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation including:
 Experience within solution analysis and design in multiple business domains.
 Experience within software development in multiple platforms.
 C#, ASP.Net MVC, Mobile Applications, Systems development lifecycles, analysis and design as well as any other development needs as the business requires
 Experience in data management.
 Experience in integration.
