ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (LEVEL 7) X 1
Salary: R325 101 – 382 959 p.a. exclusive of benefits
Location: Mount Frere Local Office x1 (Ref No. SAS 01/2025)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) plus undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA coupled with 3 years relevant experience. Computer Literacy is essential.
Added Advantage: A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
Duties: The incumbent will provide support services to the Local Office in respect of transport; Human Resources Administration; Provisioning Services; General Administrative Support Services; Asset Management activities and manage subordinates; Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, and Part 3).
Preference will be given to African Male/ PWD, African Female, Coloured Male respectively as at the time of appointment
GRANTS ADMINISTRATORS (LEVEL 5) X 9 POSTS
Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 p.a exclusive of benefits

Duties: The incumbent will assist in administration of Social Grant at Local Level; Effectively screen all grant applications; Capture applications on the system; Provide customer care; Process other grant documentation/perform other grant administration functions; Conduct quality control on grant applications and ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA Chapter 6, Part 3).
