Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at (NQF Level 06) as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social Security / Law / IT.
Experience: No experience required.
Duties: The incumbent will provide a grant customer care service, screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance functions effectively, administer medical bookings and assessments, provide off-site grant application services to clients, scanning and batching of grants files.
Preference will be given to African Male followed by Coloureds, Indians and Whites respectively as at the time of appointment.

Minimum Requirements: The candidate should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF Level 6 as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in Public Administration / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social Security, coupled with 3 years’ supervisory experience in Social Security.
Duties: The incumbent will be coordinating and supervising various functional areas within the Local Office, promoting Service Delivery initiatives to improve efficiency, management of staff at lower levels, implement norms and standards in the grants value chain.

Dr. JS Moroka Local Office: Preference will be given to African Female followed by African Male and White Female respectively as at the time of appointment.
