About the Position
SARS is seeking an experienced and skilled technical resource to become a part of our dynamic team. As a Senior Specialist, your main responsibility will be to analyse business processes, identify areas of improvement, and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of achieving results, can work independently with sound judgment, and demonstrate strong business acumen. You will play a significant role in enhancing our organisation's higher purpose and service delivery by conducting system analysis, developing business requirements, reviewing functional specifications, analysing complex problems, and implementing solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end production support.
Carrying out end-to-end enhancements/projects validated in the SAP and SF modules with in-depth of these modules but not limited to SAP including the following (design, parameterisation, implementation, testing, change management, training, post-go-live support, etc.) with a strong commitment to results and close interaction with business correspondents. An added advantage will be the understanding and experience in cloud related SAP modules.
Job Purpose

SARS is seeking an experienced and skilled technical resource to become a part of our dynamic team. As a specialist, your main responsibility will be to act as the organisational point of reference for the end-to-end production support of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Learning modules. As the support specialist you will manage incident resolution, complex troubleshooting and problem analysis, investigation of root causes and liaison with our external support partner.
The role requires an individual who is experienced in testing and implementing changes and updates to the SuccessFactors products. In a dynamic and ever-changing environment this role requires an individual who is adept at designing solutions and optimising processes to enable smooth operations.
