Summation
Responsible for managing the Cryptography team ensuring security, encryption, authentication, key management and applied cryptography
 
Key Responsibilities
 Responsible for security, encryption, authentication, key management and applied cryptograph
 Assist with the evaluation, design and delivery of major new Crypto security technologies
 Responsible for Certificate Authority, Certificate Enrolment Web Service, Revocation servers & HSMs
 Implement cryptographic solutions (including authentication, encryption, hashing, tokenization & signing) across applications, backup, database, endpoint device, email, file, network, removable media and storage domains
 Create Key Ceremony policies and procedures
 Establish and Maintain Certificate Authority for Postbank
 Manage the team through setting of and monitoring of KPA and provide the required leadership and mentorship – establish principles and processes to ensure the team spends time on personal training, development and mentoring that is aligned with their job profiles.
 Create reports for business/CIO
 Ensure Postbank HSM and cryptography are that of the industry standard.
 Partner with the Operational Risk officers, Information Security Officers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that services offered are relevant, timely, and of appropriate quality
 Escalate changes needed in practices in order to mitigate critical risks identified to ensure regulatory compliance
 Ensure adherence of Cryptography Services per the Information Security Policies / Guidelines
 Report non-compliance & deviations to appropriate stakeholders.
 Maintain Crypto Hardware to effectively maintain all crypto infrastructure to ensure that they are on the latest patches and software
 Ensure compliance with stakeholder requirements, efficient management of the resources and reporting in accordance with the stipulations of the PFMA, Public Entities Act, Companies Act, Postal service Act, Intelligence legislation, King III Report on Corporate Governance, Articles of Association, Tax Act, company specific policies and regulations, national legislation, fraud prevention and risk management principles, Corporate Governance, Skills development, Delegation of Powers, etc.
 
Minimum Requirements
 A Degree in Business, IT or a related subject (NQF7)
 Cryptography/ relevant security related Certificates will be an added advantage
 Financial or Banking industry experience will an added advantage
 5 years’ experience in Cryptography
 Experience in working with Unix/Linux, Wintel, Storage
Technologies solutions and tools
 3-5 years’ experience in Cryptography related infrastructure (including hardware security infrastructure, security technology and processes.

PROJECT MANAGER (L5/6)
(Position based in Head Office - Pretoria)
Reports to - Head Projects Execution
 
Summation
Responsible for the planning and delivery of project/s within the Postbank environment within time lines, budget and quality standards within the project sphere including relevant tools, techniques, policy, methodology, process and guidelines. This includes the relationship management closely linked to the planning and management of projects through the entire project life cycle, capacity planning [inclusive of resource requirements] and governance related activities, tracking, measuring and reporting.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders of the projects
• Manage conflict to ensure delivery of the project within agreed time lines, quality and budget
• Manage project delivery resources (people, budget, etc.)
• Report regularly on projects and program performance both to the PMO head as well as Functional heads
• Manage risk, issues and change management
• Compile governance documentation to ensure tracking of project
• Manage the integration of various projects
• Ensure delivery of project is aligned to Postbank accepted project management methodologies
• Ensure the efficient management and control of functions/resources in accordance with the stipulations of the PFMA, fraud prevention and risk management principles,
• corporate governance, legislation, company policies, processes, regulations, Delegation of Authority, etc.
 
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
• At least a BA Degree [Bachelor Atriums – NQF Level 7) in Project / Program / Portfolio Management /IT or Business Administration
• Post graduate qualification linked to the above will be an advantage
• Minimum Project Management Certification
• PMP or equivalent project management associations would be an advantage
 
Experience
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in program / project management, strategic planning, general management, new business opportunity evaluation in an IT/ business/banking environment
• Minimum 4-6 years relevant / applicable Managerial / Project Management experience
• Experience in IT project management within a banking environment would be an added advantage.
 
Knowledge
• Project Management knowledge according to the International Standards i.e. PMBOK, Prince2
• Working knowledge of applicable legislation e.g. PFMA
• Sound knowledge of Project Management Tools

Reports to - Senior Manager: Projects portfolio management
 
Summation
Responsible to support the administrative, secretariat and reporting of the Postbank project investment portfolio in line with the Postbank prioritisation of its strategy and corporate plan
 
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that all PMO secretariat and administration functions are performed as planned, ProCapex, PreVetting, PMO meetings and other committee are planned and actioned accordingly.
• Support in the management and reporting of critical initiatives, the post implementation reviews and return on investments (ROI) indicators.
• Ensure that CAPEX / OPEX (project related) allocation is managed diligently in collaboration with Postbank Finance department to ensure correct funding at the correct time in accordance with procurement agreements and PMO objectives.
• Support management in developing and managing governance related activities such as tracking and measuring Postbank Portfolio / Program / Project / Investment results.
• Package; communicate and report regularly on Portfolio / Program / Project / Investment performance.
• Ensure project governance, documentation and criterions are adhered to as per the SOP and policies
 
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
• National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Project / Program / Portfolio Management / Business Administration / Office Administration / IT or relevant field
• A degree linked to the above will be an advantage
 
Experience

Summation
Focus and assisting with quality improvement interventions for all sections in Postbank Operations. Identify causes of non-conformance and develop prevention measures.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Perform quality audits and projects to recommend and implement actions to in maintaining and improving performance indicators
• Design and implement quality improvement activities
• Identification of problem areas through trend analysis
• Perform quality checks and investigations into areas of non-conformance
• Analysis of critical information for presentation to management
• Initiate follow-up / preventive / corrective actions
• Make proposals and implement process improvement actions
• Training of quality and operational personnel in measurement and reporting Procedures
