Generic Requirements:
The post requires skills in: strategic capability, analytical ability and leadership, programme and project management, financial management, change management, service delivery innovation, problem solving and analysis, people management and empowerment, client orientation, audit and assurance, audit and risk management experience, stake holder relations and customer focus. To ensure the coordination of the Secret Service Account within the Province.
Manage the coordination of the SSA account with regard to financial administration and SCM services within the nine Provinces.
Manage an efficient Intelligence Coordination service.

Manage ad-hoc audits.
Ensure the conducting of risk based and compliance audits with IIASA (Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa) standards.
Manage stakeholder relations at the Provincial Level.
