Generic Requirements: 
 Applicant must display competency in the post-specific functions of the post; 
 Be in possession of a Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database (NLRD) on at least NQF 4; 
 Be proficient in at least two official languages, of which one must be English;
 Must be a SA citizen;

Additional Requirements: 
 Be in possession of three (3) year Degree or Diploma recorded on the National Learner Record Database on NQF level 6 or higher in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design; 
 A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field of the post of which one (1) may be a 12 months SASSETA funded internship programme; 
 Must be proficient in Adobe creative suite; 
 Must be proficient on Macintosh and be able to work quickly and accurately in relevant design software; 
 Must be able to self-manage and work within tight deadlines. 
 
Core Functions: 
 Interprets creative briefs and proposes corresponding design solutions. 
 Develops graphics and layouts for print and interactive media – logo design & corporate identity; brochures, advertising campaigns, websites, POS etc. 
 Produce high quality work while meeting the constrains of cost and time as specified in the briefs; 
 Prepare final artwork files for production/media; 
 Follow the procedures of the studio workflow system; 
 Regular cleanup, update and back-up of working files.

 Planning, communication, marketing, execution and participation in multi-disciplinary activities related to the Quality of Work Life Section. 
 Establish and sustain partnerships with internal and external role-players. 
 Manage data generated from the Occupational Health Management interventions implemented in Provinces and Head Office Divisions. 
 Provide quarterly and annual feedback to relevant oversight bodies responsible for the Occupational Health Management.

Generic Requirements: 
 Applicant must display competency in the post-specific functions of the post;

 Implementation of the HIV & AIDS STI’s and TB (HAST) and Covid-19 workplace programme within Head Office Divisions in line with related HAST legislations. 
 Provide inputs regarding strategic/ policy related matters to ensure effective implementation of HAST programme. 
 Ensure the facilitation and implementation of the HAST and wellness related interventions. 
 Knowledge in the establishment of wellness support groups as well as Peer Education Programme. 
 Ensure accessibility and availability of Wellness screening/ testing services. 
 Assist in the development and management of the HAST business and operational plans for Head Office Divisions. 
 Coordinate the physical, human and financial resources allocated to the immediate post environment 
 Implement research, monitoring and evaluation processes within the immediate post environment.
