FACILITIES MANAGER
SALARY GRADE: D1  
 (R871 986) TCTC66% (R575 511) pensionable base, 34% (R296 475) to be structured as per individual needs viz Medical Aid, 13th cheque, housing, etc.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
National Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Facilities/Build Management/Health & Safety or equivalent. 3-5 years’ experience in facilities/build environment and 1-2 years’ management experience.
 
COMPETENCIES:
  • knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety environment and ISO Standards
  • Knowledge of all policies and procedures related to build environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office package

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Maintenance of buildings and facilities
  2. Management of budgets, accounts, and audits
  3. Management of safety of buildings and facilities

  6. Report to the relevant executive on developments/exceptions in respect of all KPA’s.

SOUTH AFRICAN PHARMACY COUNCIL (SAPC) EVALUATORS OF PRIMARY CARE DRUG THERAPY (PCDT) SUPPLEMENTARY TRAINING COURSE (INDEPENDENT CONTRACT)
 
The SAPC hereby invites applications from suitably qualified individuals for the evaluation of PCDT supplementary training courses submitted by providers. 
 
REIMBURSEMENT OF SERVICES: EVALUATORS WILL BE REIMBURSED AS FOLLOWS:
An hourly rate (as determined by Council annually) to a maximum of thirty-six (36) hours for the first evaluation and a maximum of sixteen (16) hours for subsequent evaluations.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • an undergraduate pharmacy qualification i.e. Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree, or recognised equivalent, plus a relevant postgraduate qualification;
  • be registered as a Pharmacist with the SAPC with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience;
  • completed the PCDT supplementary training; and
  • recorded their PCDT supplementary training with the SAPC and preferably be in possession of a valid Section 22A(15) permit issued by the National Department of Health (NDoH).
In addition, for the practical component, candidates with:
  • a Bachelor of Medicine (MBChB) degree, or recognised equivalent; and
  • registration as a medical practitioner at the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) may apply.                                                                                      
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist SAPC in the evaluation of PCDT supplementary training courses submitted by providers;
  • prepare evaluation reports;
  • consolidate evaluation reports;
  • avail yourself to attend the evaluators' virtual meetings; and
  • present reports to the Education Committee (EC).
 
 
You will also be required to avail yourself to conduct accreditation and monitoring visits to the providers. Applicants are also required to sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Code of Conduct annually.
