​INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS

 
INDEPENDENT MEMBERS TO SERVE ON THE BID EVALUATION AND BID ADJUDICATION COMMITTEES
(PANEL OF SIX INDEPENDENT MEMBERS)
 
The South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) is a regulatory authority established in terms of the Pharmacy Act, 53 of 1974, with its office in Arcadia, Pretoria.
To ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with legal and procurement standards in bid evaluation and adjudication committees, the SAPC hereby invites independent members to serve on these committees.
 
Applicants are required to have:
1. Five (5) years' experience in supply chain management, finance, and/or legal matters;
2. Relevant qualifications and knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, and contract law;
3. Comprehensive understanding of procurement processes, bid evaluation and adjudication.
 
Duration of membership and remuneration
Independent members shall be appointed for a period of three (3) years. Members will be remunerated in line with National Treasury rates for non-official members, including travel and accommodation disbursements.
