ASSET VERIFICATION
  • Inspect all goods receive, make note of any damaged and discrepancies and ensure the goods delivered match the order.

  • Assign barcode to all fixed assets purchased and invoices.

Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage the debt of creditors and ensure compliance with SACAA's credit control policies and procedures.
MANAGE DEBTORS
  • Generate invoices relating to allocated debtor accounts.
  • Receipt of deposits by allocated debtors.
  • Submit debit/credit notes and refund applications.
  • Ensure timeous debt collection
UNALLOCATED DEPOSITS
  • Follow up on unallocated deposits daily with a view to reduce receivables.
  • Control import and flow of unallocated deposits on Saltlake and relevant accounts.
  • Reconcile unallocated deposit GL and subledger accounts and Saltlake Listing
  • Liaise with Bank to trace depositors
CREDIT CONTROL ENVIRONMENT (RECONCILIATION)
  • Reconcile allocated debtor accounts monthly.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and initiate debt collection enforcement of outstanding amounts older than 30 days.
  • Comply with the provisions of the relevant policies and procedures.
CLIENT INTERACTION
  • Project a satisfactory image of the CAA in dealing with mailed, telephonic, or personal interactions.
  • Ensure that internal and external service delivery standards are met.
  • Assist Client Service Officers with daily invoicing and receipting queries. 
 
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 
  • National Diploma in Finance/Financial Management or related NQF level 6 qualification
Ideal Qualification: 
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience:
  • 2 years Credit Controller
  • Great Plains, Excel, Credit Control Management experience would be advantageous

Description
OVERALL, THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to develop the organisational design infrastructure that serves as a base for integrated talent management processes. The incumbent will also be responsible for the development and implementation organisational development and change management tools, processes, and systems that ensure organisational effectiveness is achieved.
Organisational Design 
  • Lead and facilitate organisational design projects by Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of organisational design systems and processes.
  • Conduct audits on macro and micro structures and recommend changes to make the organisation more efficient.
  • Design and maintain the rules for the organisational structure creation (including a span of control in different functional areas).
  • Develop and maintain job architecture including levels of authority and job families.
  • Facilitate focus group sessions for input into the job family competency framework.
  • Quality assurance role profiling in support of the HRBPs and business
  • Lease on the evaluations of job positions and provide org design expertise input on assigning the correct optimum salary.

  • Design and align the HRD strategy to the HR strategic objectives in support of SACAA’s talent development interventions.

Integrated Talent Management Process
  • Develop strategic talent management initiatives in accordance with the commitments of the Human Resources Management Strategy.
  • Conduct market benchmarking on talent trends and best practices to develop and/or enhance the talent management model/framework to support the organisation’s talent strategy.
  • Guide management on succession planning.
  • Develop and implement talent frameworks and tools including leadership development in line with the SACAA career path progression for all levels.
  • Facilitate implementation of a career mobility programme in the organisation.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant Master’s degree in human resources/ industrial psychology/ Organisational Development/ Management Administration
  • 8 – 10 years of proven experience in organisational development, talent management, and performance management.
  • 8 – 10 years of proven experience in organisational design, job architecture, ie competency framework, Job families, etc
  • 8 – 10 years in learning and development, design of learning solution
  • Demonstrable ability to use of Microsoft Office at an expert level (MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & MS Outlook)
  • 8 – 10 years in South African Skills Development landscape, curriculum development design in line with unit standard principles and requirements
  • 5 +  experience in leading organisational development and skills development projects.

OVERALL, PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Managing the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), Project Management Office (PMO), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Combined Assurance, and Enterprise-Wide Risk Management. 
Continuous Improvement of Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain the SACAA’s ISO 9001 Certification.
  • Oversee the implementation of the annual Quality Assurance (QA) audit schedule and resolution of findings as a result thereof.
  • Continuous improvement of the QMS that includes quality standards, policies, processes and procedures, tools and guidance in conformance to applicable standards.
  • Ensure controls are established and incorporated into all company policies, processes, procedures, tools, and guidance, based on segregation rules, delegation of authority and requirements.
An effective Business Continuity Management (BCM) ensuring SACAA’s resilience
  • Oversee the develop and implementation of an annual BCM plan to ensure SACAA’s resilience in the case of a disruptive event.
  • Monitor and continuously enhance the effectiveness of the Business Continuity governance documents (policy, procedure, processes)
  • Ensure up to date and executable Business Impact Analysis (BIA’s), Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Emergency Response Plans (ERP’s and Crises Management Plans (CMP’s).
  • Ensure management remain aware of latest BCM trends and take ownership of their BIA’s and BCP’s
  • Manage the Service Level Agreement with the Off-Site Service Provider acceptable level
An Integrated Combined Assurance (CA) preventing assurance fatigue
  • Oversee the develop and implementation of an Annual CA plan based on the SACAA’s assurance universe
  • Monitor and continuously enhance the effectiveness of the SACAA Combined Assurance governance documents (policy, procedures, processes) in conformance with King IV™ requirements.
  • Assist the Combined Assurance Committee to entrench a sound CA culture within SACAA.
