Description
Invigilation of SACAA examination at Midrand and outstations (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Mossel Bay). Booking of exams candidates. Preparations of laptops and system setup. Safekeeping of examinations laptops at outstation and Midrand. Release and administration of exams. Printing of coaching reports. Verifications of exams payments. Verifications of exams results. Prepare and process all refunds and credit notes. Issuance of certificates.
 
Operational Administration
  • Receive and verify the application documentation for completeness and accuracy, and that the necessary payment was made, and checklists is verified by finance.
  • Verify that the candidates are holders of a correct license for entry into the examinations for which they have applied.
  • Enter candidates on the examination system and verify whether they are still in the required regulated time frame for the completion of the examinations.
  • Complete checklist on the examination system on completion of a booking and notify the client
  • Set up the examination room before the session and ensure that all required reference material and rough work papers are assigned to the student stations as required.
  • Sign in candidates before the commencement of exams and verify that licenses are valid, and subjects are correctly booked
  • Brief students before the examination commence, verify the licensee and license.
  • Inspect all equipment taken into the examination room by the students and ensure that it is in line with the approved equipment list.
  • Consistently monitor the candidates during the examination and ensure that they do not attempt to breach the exam system or protocols in any way.
  • Ensure that you receive all rough work and reference materials from the candidate once they exit the examination room.
 
Confidentiality and Examination Security
  • Prepare and handle all examination required questionnaires, systems, materials, and resources with confidentiality.
   Report any breaches or attempts to breach examination confidentiality and/or security by an internal or external party.
  • Project a professional and positive image of the SACAA to all customers and ensure that all feedback is satisfactory.
  • Deal promptly with telephonic or personal interactions.
Timeously handle all queries and post.
  • Ensure all documents are handled in terms of SACAA policies and procedures.
Prepare for examinations by ensuring that sufficient stationery and reference material is always available in the examination room.
  • Prepare and process all refunds and credit notes.
  • Ensure the reconciliation of operational and financial accounts.
Ensure effective bookkeeping capability and that accurate records are maintained.

INTERNAL AUDIT IN FORENSIC SERVICES INTERNSHIP (MIDRAND)

Description
SPECIFICATION
  • Assist on Forensic Audit teams assigned to project under investigation.
  • Conduct audit based investigations under supervision.
  • Prepare documents
  • Collate information for reporting
  • Package documentation required for meetings and other departmental engagements
  • Circulate required information and documentation throughout the department and keep accurate record thereof
  • Receive and relay documentation and information to applicable recipients in the department
  • Develop and maintain a proper filing system to ensure accurate retrieval of information as and when required
  • Screen, classify and record documents for easy access and tracking
  • Coordinate functions and meetings for the department
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed
  • Any adhoc duties as required from time to time
 
Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Degree in Commerce specialising in Forensics / or
  • BTech in Forensic Investigations /or
  • Postgrad in Forensic Investigation
 
Ideal Qualification and Experience:
  • CFE certification
  • 0 -1 year forensic work experience
