Overall, Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role is to develop and maintain the organisational design infrastructure that supports and enables integrated talent management processes. Organisational Design
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of organisational design systems and processes.
- Conduct regular audits of the organisational structure and recommends changes to make the organisation more efficient.
- Develop and maintain job architecture including levels of authority and job families.
- Facilitate focus group sessions for input into job families.
- Facilitate the development of the job family competency framework and content.
- Compile new role profiles as required & training HRBPs on role profiling.
- Check the consistency of job profiles with internal policies and procedures.
- Lease on the evaluations of job positions and provide org design expertise input on assigning the correct optimum salary.
- Design and maintain the rules for the organisational structure creation (including a span of control in different functional areas).
- Conduct organisation design operating model reviews in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Consult with the business on changes in the organisation.
- Formulate processes and plans to guide the organisation through change.
- Work with the relevant departments to support and embed change.
- Evaluate the impact of organisational change and provide relevant reporting.
- Develop strategic talent management initiatives in accordance with the commitments of the Human Resources Management Strategy.
- Conduct market benchmarking on talent trends and best practices to develop and/or enhance the talent management model/framework to support the organisation’s talent strategy.
- Guide management on succession planning.
- Develop and implement talent frameworks and tools including leadership development in line with the SACAA career path progression for all levels.

- Facilitate the enhancement of the organisation’s performance management and development processes (individual and team-based performance processes) to ensure that they remain relevant and support the organisation to achieve its strategic goals.

- Initiate and/or refine performance management programmes and processes to add value to the business
- Develop and implement culture and value alignment processes to improve cultural collaboration and support of the SACAA mandate, strategy, and goals.
- Provide or develop diagnostic tools, e.g., employee surveys, performance reviews, and HR metrics in the establishment of a prudent organisational development enabler.
- Use behavioural science to design and deliver change, and workforce transitioning, focusing on culture, values, capability, behaviours, relationships, and ways of working. to transformation/culture plans.
- Leverage organisational diagnostic tools such as culture surveys, employee engagement surveys, etc., and develop a comprehensive plan to facilitate behavioural and other changes to achieve corporate and individual objectives.

INVESTIGATOR: ACCIDENTS AND INCIDENTS (MIDRAND)

Description
Overall Purpose of the Job
- To investigate aircraft accidents and incidents independently with the objective to prevent their re-occurrence by proposing safety recommendations and prevention programmes.
- Accurately collect, document, record and secure all evidence in accordance with AIID MOP policies and procedures.
- Applies relevant legislation, regulations, procedures, and other requirements that guides investigation processes and their application in accident and incident investigation.
- Conducts appropriate due diligence on accident and incident investigations.
- Ensure timely dispatch to the accident/incident site to avoid loss of critical evidence and witness from engaging with each other.
- To collect supporting evidence/data, analyse the evidence/data, develop findings from the analysis, determine cause of the accident or incident and develop safety recommendation with the aim to prevent the same/similar causes.
- Review and analyse all evidence using appropriate analytical tools (event checklist and report writing template) and processes as per AIID MOP and ISO procedures.
- Conducts an in-depth analysis of problems presented during investigation processes.
- Ensure drafting and release of a quality and technically sound:
- Accident/incident notification
- Preliminary accident/incident report
- Draft and Final accident/incident report
- Ensure that all reports are captured on ECCAIRS.
- Ensure the submission of ADREP reports to ICAO for all accident involving aircraft above the MTOW of 2250kg and incidents above 5700kg as prescribed in the AIID MOP.
- Ensure that safety data recording is properly analysed and researched.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investigation process.
- Continuously provide updates on investigation progress as per the agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Qualification
- Grade 12 and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License; or Private Pilot Licence; or NQF Level 6 Engineering qualification.
- CPL or ATPL or AMEL with licence on aircraft above 5700kg.
- 5 Years - Aircraft Maintenance Engineer OR,
- 500 - 1000 hours – Pilot OR,

Overall Purpose of the Job
- To manage the SACAA Project Management Office, develop and implement Project/Programme Management methodologies, strategies and deliverables to manage multiple simultaneous projects/programmes throughout their lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain the project management methodology
- Facilitate / draft / define project requirements in consultation with and for approval of the client
- Contribute to project / program business cases ensuring they are designed to reduce cost, lower TCO and ensure functional fit.
- Facilitate development and approval of project plans considering interdependencies and requirements across affected functional areas
- Determine and Implement project schedules, milestones, deliverables and tasks, ensuring that projects are outcomes / results focussed.
- Manage the delegation and availability of adequate and capable resources to deliver industry best practice projects.
