MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist in the provisioning of legal advisory and related services to various Seda Business Units, Board Committees and the Board which includes implementing the legal and corporate governance strategy, policies and procedures. 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Assist in the provision of legal advisory services
❖ Provide support in litigation management services
❖ Assist in the policy and legal submissions review
❖ Conduct legal research and keep abreast of relevant legal information
❖ Provide support in contract management services 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
❖ Matric and a four (4) year qualification in Law
❖ Admission as an attorney/advocate will be added advantage

To provide effective and accurate administrative and coordination support with respect to Human Capital Processes, Policies and Procedures. 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
To assist the Human Resource Operations with the following:
❖ Recruitment and Selection processes
❖ Learning and Talent Management processes
❖ Employee Relations and Employee Wellness processes
❖ Maintaining accurate HR records and filing system
❖ HR Operations filing and record 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and three-year Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management /Human resources Development/Industrial Psychology/Social Science)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the internship programme is to provide the incumbent with the appropriate opportunity to gain relevant work in Information Systems and ICT disciplines 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  • Participate in the design and modeling of organisation business processes.
  • System administration and maintenance of different IT systems.
  • Assist the business analyst with business analysis functions.
  • Database administration and management.
  • Provide technical support service for the customers on hardware, software, network, telephony and operating system.
  • Coordinate related procurement and finance activities 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric (NQF 4) and a three-year tertiary qualification in Information Technology (Diploma/Degree in Information Systems, IT, Informatics and Computer Science

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions aimed at targeted internal and external clients.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
 Facilitate and coordinate training interventions on targeted internal and external clients.
 Facilitate and implement targeted technical training programs for internal and external clients.
 Coordinate procurement process and sourcing of service providers.
 Monitoring and evaluation of District training events.
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
 Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Development/ Education/Commerce.
 Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Development/ Education/Commerce as added advantage
 Accredited Skills Development Facilitator/Accredited Assessor certification will be an added advantage
 
REQUIRED WORK MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
 4-6 year’s work experience in a training environment
