MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To assist in the provisioning of legal advisory and related services to various Seda Business Units, Board Committees and the Board which includes implementing the legal and corporate governance strategy, policies and procedures.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Assist in the provision of legal advisory services
❖ Provide support in litigation management services
❖ Assist in the policy and legal submissions review
❖ Conduct legal research and keep abreast of relevant legal information

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions aimed at targeted internal and external clients.

Facilitate and coordinate training interventions on targeted internal and external clients.
Facilitate and implement targeted technical training programs for internal and external clients.
Coordinate procurement process and sourcing of service providers.
Monitoring and evaluation of District training events.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Development/ Education/Commerce.
