MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To implement Seda compliance management framework and processes to ensure that the organisation complies with legislation and policies as approved by the Seda Board. 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Investigate reported non-compliance incidents, fraud allegations and report thereon
❖ Conduct compliance awareness within the organisation
❖ Monitor and audit the implementation of compliance controls
❖ Compile compliance reports to stakeholders
❖ Liaise with the relevant compliance regulatory bodies
❖ Information management 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) plus a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) a in Law/Auditing
❖ Bachelor Degree (NQF Level7) in Law/Auditing as added advantage
❖ Certificate in Compliance Management as an added advantage
 
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 4 - 6 years’ experience in Legal, Audit and Compliance management
Able to demonstrate:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To formulate and manage (plan, organise, control and lead) the rollout and implementation strategies of all Special Projects involving relevant to the Enterprise Development Division Network, and ensure participation of all stakeholders involved in the value chain. 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Develop and manage the execution of a strategy and framework for the roll-out and implementation of all Special Projects and other sector-based programmes.
❖ Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships in the public and private sectors for the implementation of all Special Projects and other sector-based programmes.
❖ Ensure detailed monthly reporting on all Programmes.
❖ Manage and oversee the utilization of the applicable portals & application systems by the network. 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) plus Honours (NQF Level 8) or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in Economics/Business Management/Business Administration/ Operations Management.
❖ Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) as an added advantage.
❖ A qualification in Project Management is an added advantage. 
 
INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENT
❖ A valid South African driver’s license. 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 8- 10 years’ years’ experience in the development, design and management of small enterprise support programmes, of which 5 years should have been at a supervisory level. Proficiency & experience in Project/Programme Management is also a requirement.
Ability to demonstrate:
❖ Understanding of small enterprise development sector
❖ Prior experience in the management of implementing small enterprise development programmes
❖ Sound Programme/Project management experience
❖ Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury regulations and any other legislation will be an added advantage.
❖ Ability to develop, design, monitor and evaluate Programmes
❖ Experience in interacting with stakeholders at all levels

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To undertake appropriate and relevant work experience which is in line with the required qualification. 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Provide administrative and facilitation assistance to the Business Advisors.
❖ Conduct all basic assessments with clients.
❖ Assist with outreach programme when available.
❖ Assist with the profiling and establishment of needs for SMME’s by utilising the SEDA tools.
❖ Participate in the screening of clients for further assistance by SEDA.
❖ Assist clients in the registration of their businesses with CIPRO.
❖ Refer the small enterprise to the Business Advisor in terms of growth, sustainability, and innovation requirements.
❖ Co-ordinate SEDA events and activities in consultation with a Business Advisor
❖ Disseminate SEDA information to Branch level stakeholders.
❖ Provide information and advice to walk-in small enterprises continuously; and refer walk-in customers/small enterprises to relevant SEDA employees or other SEDA partners. 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF 4) and a three-year tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering /Operations Management/ Production Management/ Business Management (NQF Level 5)
