MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide strategic business development services primarily to developed small and medium enterprises 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Provide relevant strategic direction and business advisory services to existing small and medium enterprises.
❖ Conduct Business Diagnostics using relevant tools.
❖ Facilitate access to formal markets.
❖ Facilitate and manage small enterprise training courses and specialised seminars to potential high value start-ups and existing small and medium enterprises.
❖ Monitor and evaluate the improvement of client business position. 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Agriculture.
❖ Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Agriculture will be an added advantage. 
 
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 4 – 6 year’s work experience in business advisory/ consulting/ business owner.
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector.

❖ Establish sector- specific cooperatives and collective enterprises.
❖ Support and guide institutional development of sector-specific cooperatives and collective enterprises.
❖ Manage growth and development of sector-specific cooperatives and collective enterprises.
❖ Represent cooperatives and collective enterprises at local stakeholder forums.
❖ Mobilize communities in order to develop functional and well running cooperatives and collective enterprises.
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) plus National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Administration/Development studies/Social Sciences/Commerce

To manage and oversee the implementation of operational activities in the province by providing technical support of Seda business plan, policies, procedures and processes.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Develop, oversee and ensure implementation of an integrated Provincial Operations plan and operational activities.
❖ Monitor and evaluate provincial operational performance.
❖ Manage infrastructure.
❖ Financial, risk and compliance management.
❖ Manage human resources. 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) plus B-Tech or Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering
