MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To deliver and facilitate training and capacity building interventions on Seda endorsed tools to Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Conduct and facilitate capacity building of Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on Seda endorsed tools
Conduct and facilitate technical training on Seda endorsed tools to the Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders
Monitor and evaluate of implemented training interventions
Provide management training and capacity building reports
Certify Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on tools competency
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management/Human Resources Development
Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7)in Business Management/Human Resources Development as added advantage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
4 – 6 year’s work experience in Small Enterprise Development sector as a practitioner
Able to demonstrate:
Experience in the Small Enterprise development sector
Experience in the utilisation of business assessment tools/methodology
Experience in utilization of Seda endorsed tools will be an added advantage
Advanced Computer competency
Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures
