MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide effective administrative support to the Quality and Standards as well as Technology Transfer Unit. 
 
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
 Assess small enterprises for the benefit of TTF
 Develop business cases to adjudication panel
 Administer the technology transfer fund nationally
 Establish and maintain accurate database
 Verification of supplied technology received at the client premises
 Contribute to the review of TTF policy and processes
 Conduct impact analysis on the technology intervention on beneficiaries
 Conduct TTF awareness workshops 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
 Matric (NQF Level 4) and Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
 2-3 years’ experience preferably in an operational environment.
 Well skilled in MS Office.
 Knowledge of accounting systems would be advantageous
 Understanding of financial principles
 Understanding of procurement principles
 Understanding of project management principles
 Intermediate Computer Literacy in MS Office
