MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide effective administrative support to the Quality and Standards as well as Technology Transfer Unit.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Assess small enterprises for the benefit of TTF
Develop business cases to adjudication panel
Administer the technology transfer fund nationally
Establish and maintain accurate database
Verification of supplied technology received at the client premises
Contribute to the review of TTF policy and processes
Conduct impact analysis on the technology intervention on beneficiaries
Conduct TTF awareness workshops
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
Matric (NQF Level 4) and Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
2-3 years’ experience preferably in an operational environment.
Well skilled in MS Office.
Knowledge of accounting systems would be advantageous
Understanding of financial principles
Understanding of procurement principles
Understanding of project management principles
Intermediate Computer Literacy in MS Office
