SDP Accreditation
- Receive confirmed allocation in preparation of a site visit
- Conduct site visits to recommend providers for accreditation and or provide guidance and support to the SDP regarding the accreditation process, within the set turnaround time of 90 working days.
- Follow up on remediation requirements
- Submit comprehensive reports to the manager in line with the SoP and requirements by the QCTO.
- Timely response to QCTO requests to conduct site visits.
- Compile a tracking data base of sites visited.
- Quality assured the data base and keep to turnaround time
- Maintain accurate records of site visits conducted.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure alignment of skills development programs with market needs.
- Organize and deliver training programs for skills development practitioners focused on curriculum delivery techniques and best practices.
- Support continuous professional development initiatives for SDPs through workshops and other training events

Management Support
- By identifying skill gaps or training needs among the SDPs, the senior officer can help facilitate professional development initiatives. This ensures that staff are well-equipped to deliver the monitoring effectively
- The senior officer acts as a liaison between the managerial teams, and other stakeholders
- The senior officer must ensure that in the absence of the manager, he/she attends meetings, compiles and submits reports and escalate any urgent matters to the senior manager
- Continuous capacitation of employees will ensure quality monitoring and reporting.
- This helps ensure that all parties are aligned and that the monitoring and reporting meet external standards and expectations.
- This ensures continuity of business processes
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate, at a minimum NQF 4
- National Diploma in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, at a minimum of NQF 6.
