Wood Processing Learnership Programme – 2019
Applications are invited from unemployed youth (18 — 35 years of age) who wish to pursue a career in Wood Technology/Wood Processing (Sawmilling). Successful applicants will be granted an opportunity to participate in a formal one-year Learnership Programme (NQF 3). This will consist of accredited theoretical and practical training.
Learners will be based in SAFCOL's operations, Timbadola sawmill, Levubu area near Makhado – Limpopo province and will receive a Monthly stipend of R4 000 per month for the duration of the Learnership.
Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged individuals, people living with disability, black females and youth from communities with whom SAFCOL has signed Social Compacts.

REQUIREMENTS:• Must be a South African Citizen • Must have successfully completed at least Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy • Must be prepared to work in a noisy and dusty production environment.
