Purpose: This is a Quality level position directly reporting to the Manager: Training Support. The Training Material: Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support related to the printing and provision of training material.
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent • Administrative Certificate Qualification • A relevant National Diploma in Training Administration / Management will be advantageous • 2–3-years administration experience

Duties: • Ensure availability of training material for specific courses within set time limits • Receive training material from the Training Material Development department and ensure that all forms are signed properly per delivery•

Print and prepare the training material and deliver to the lecturing and facilitating staff within set processes and timelines • Print and prepare all assessments within set security standards • Comply with all policies, processes and procedures • Identify training and assessment material that is not delivered within set time limits and communicate to management • Compile statistical reports on a weekly basis and submit to management and stakeholders • Regularly engage with internal clients to understand their requirement and thereby adding value • Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve and optimise service delivery • Identify issues and problems within allocated area and make recommendations to implement changes as and when required • Provide updated reports in area of responsibility to Managers to support decision-making •Ensure customers/stakeholders are able to provide feedback on team performance and share customer feedback with team members to ensure customer service is improved • Deliver optimal customer service to customers that adds value to the business and • Develop own Individual Development Plan (IDP) reflecting current and future development requirements to drive personal development • Ensure that opportunities are taken on with a “can-do attitude” and with a focus on continuous learning.
