Purpose: The Supervisor: Administration is responsible for ensuring that the administrative support office operate smoothly and efficiently to provide necessary support to the staff members and trainees in the Traffic Training Academy
Requirements: •Matric (NQF Level 4) • Relevant Certificate (NQF Level 6) in Business Administration or Equivalent • Relevant National Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent (NQF 6) will be advantageous• 3 to 4 years’ relevant experience in Administration role

Duties: •Implement the learner enrolment process •Ensure that all administrative functions within the learner enrolment and administrative processes are conducted according to set timelines and procedures • Ensure that trainees are inducted •Ensure that support services are provided to trainees •Liaise with various business units to ensure provision of support services to trainees
•Review and suggest changes to improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures •Ensure the implementation of the document management system and that all documentation are available when required •Ensure that the Academy Fleet are coordinated and controlled properly •Ensure the implementation of special projects and tracking progress towards departmental deadlines •Supervise the administrative team •Monitor progress to ensure successful implementation of plans and achievement of targets •Prepare and submit section/progress reports or ad hoc reports to Management and internal stakeholders as and when required • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the administrative support department and staff members •Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline the processes
