The Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) is an Agency of The Department of Transport and a Member of the United Nations Road Safety Collaboration.
Facilitator: Drill Training

Salary Package: Negotiable
Purpose: Responsible for facilitating Drill training and activities for traffic trainees and Law Enforcement.
Requirements: •Grade 12 plus five (5) years experience in Law Enforcement/Military
environment. •The successful candidate should be an accredited facilitator/trainer. •The candidate must further be fit with no criminal record.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes and competencies: •Must be able to present theoretical and practical drill. •Maintain and enforce discipline. • Be able to prepare different types of parades. •Must be able to differentiate between formal and non-formal funerals. •Must be able to report early for room and parade inspections and also be able to work after hours to conduct roll call. •Able to give explicit command. •Arrange learners according to different platoon formations. •Should be able to march and transfer the skills to the learners.
Duties: Incorporate existing, new and advanced techniques into existing programs • Review policies and procedures relating to drill • Facilitate all relevant training as per Standard Operating Procedures • Conduct assessments and accurately record results of officials in accordance with the policies and procedures • Provide Remedial training for all learners and existing staff • Perform practical training and assessments as required • Compiling of lesson plans as required • Provide support for trainees through the use of a wide range of learning resources and appropriate practices • Assist in regular review and updating of course content and training materials, ensuring that they remain up-to-date and relevant.
