Qualifications and Experience

- Attending to recruitment processes when requested to assist
- Assisting with collating quarterly reviews and compiling spread sheet
- Going through return to work forms and identify trends for correction with employee concerned via their manager
- Adhoc tasks such as photocopying, spread sheets etc.
- Updating and maintaining the filing systems on a daily basis, archiving files as appropriate, e.g. disciplinary/grievance records and training records

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Business Analytics and Continuous Improvement, the successful incumbent is responsible for providing strategic business analysis services to the organisation. This includes working closely with different business units to gain in-depth understanding of business unit service offerings, business processes, strategy roadmaps and documenting solutions required to address business challenges.
Key Performance Areas
Business Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct data analytics and business analysis activities within RAF for improved performance and efficiencies.
- Conduct data analysis, data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
- Provide improved or enhanced RAF processes and systems based on analytic outcomes.
- Conduct research activities and analysis to come up with business solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in the business analytic field.
Business Process Improvement
- Develop tools to enable continuous process improvement within the RAF.
- Implement process maps, flow diagrams and related documentation for redesigned processes.
- Conduct thorough diagnosis of business processes and operations, document and present recommendations and provide detailed assessment of cost, benefits and risks.
- Facilitate workshops and projects with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the right outcome is delivered (e.g. business processes).
- Analyse and improve business processes.
- Facilitate Business process mapping and modelling.
Policy Review and Implementation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policy, procedures and processes.
- Keep up to date with effective policy and practice execution strategies.
Reporting
- Ensure regular and periodic reports are prepared and submitted as and when required to provide progress updates and/or inform business unit decisions.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree/ Advanced Diploma in an Information Systems or a Business Analysis, or Business Management, or Data Modelling and or Statistics related qualification
- Postgraduate in an Information Systems or a Business Analysis, or a Business Management, or a Data Modelling and or Statistics related qualification will be an added advantage.
- A formal qualification or certification in Business Analysis or Process Analysis will be advantageous.
- Relevant 6 - 8 years’ experience in a Business Analysis or Process Analysis related environment 2 years must have been on a management/ supervisory level/ area of expertise.
- Experience in Business Architecture related environment will be an added advantage.
