ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)
The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner, and to actively promote safe use of our roads.
The Organisation requires the services of a qualified individual at its Durban Regional Office for the position of:

Purpose of the Job: To prepare and defend Magistrate court matters within the Fund's jurisdiction accordingly by the Internal Law Department and provide a supervisory function to the team.
Key Performance Areas
- Supervise Internal defending of Magistrate Court Summonses in accordance with prescribed jurisdiction/radius.
- Settle non-litigious matters before they are set down for trial.
- Attend to all litigious matters in the unit.
- Improve on customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the elimination of writs.
Qualifications and Experience
- B Degree in Law at NQF Level 8 or equivalent
- Admission as an Attorney of the High Court or Advocate.
- Relevant 4 Years' experience in the claims/litigation environment of which 1 year must be on supervisory level.

Remuneration
The total cost to company minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R502 953.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
