The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Promotions and Activations, the successful incumbent's responsibility will be to support the Promotions and Activations Specialist with departmental operations, the effective and seamless execution of promotions and activations programmes.
Key Performance Areas
- Schedule all promotions and activations requests from various clients (internal and external stakeholders) on identified events and projects.
- Provide update of appointed service providers.
- Follow up on team events and projects assigned.
- Coordinate all logistical arrangements necessary for office operations and carrying out duties outside the office; i.e. site visits, branding material delivery, managing of event.
- Perform all admin related functions relating to promotions and activations functions.
- Facilitate and administer merchandise and relevant resources.
- Mobilize ROTR events and supervise team which includes service providers and other event participants.
- Ensure relevant RAF corporate identity and style guides are adhered to in all projects and merchandise.
- Monitor and report on Promotions and Activations budget.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related qualification.
- Certificate in Project Management will be advantageous.
- Relevant 3 years' experience in a similar environment.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R349 998.00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
